His impressive background includes serving as City Manager, Councilman, Clayton County Youth Commissioner, and Class President.

As the 3rd Youth Mayor, Mayor Mikell envisions a thriving Jonesboro community where youth excel. His mission is to engage young people in constructive activities, guide them away from trouble, and show them a brighter future.
